  1. Information We Collect Automatically.

Technical Information. Certain technical information regarding your device, and your use of the Software and Services, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii) Internet Service Provider (ISP), Internet protocol (IP) address, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers; (iii) Advertising ID.

Usage Information. Certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, offerings and advertisements that you view, use and access, how you use them and your response to them, how frequently you use them, your search queries and the time and date of your searches.

  1. Information You Provide to Us.

Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software and Service, including, any individual User ID (as defined below) generated or collected by us. When you use the Software and Service, we automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software and Service (the “User ID”) and may be combined with any of the above information.

  1. Information We Collect from Social Networking Sites.

Social Networking Information. If you log on to the Software and the Service with your login credentials from a social networking site (e.g. Facebook) (each, a “Social Networking Site”), we may receive Personal Information about you from such Social Networking Site, in accordance with the terms and conditions (e.g. terms of use and privacy policy) of the Social Networking Site (“SNS Terms”). For example, if you log on using Facebook Connect, Facebook will provide us your basic information (which may include name, email address, and profile picture URL), in accordance with Facebook’s terms and conditions. You can revoke our access to any Social Networking Site at any time by amending the appropriate settings from within your account settings on the applicable Social Networking Site.

How We Use Your Personal information

We will only use your personal information when allowed by law. We will not rent or sell your personal information to the third party, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations, we may share your information with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or providing service to the Software. We do not have power to control or influence these third-parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Therefore, if you do not want to share your personal information with any third-party organizations, please do not use such service provided by such third-party organizations.

We may disclose some of your personal information, including your first name and last name initial, if needed for objective reasons, due to public interest or in other unforeseen circumstances: (1) as required by law; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We do our best to protect your personal information, nevertheless, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event that your personal information is compromised as a breach of security, we will promptly notify you in compliance with applicable law.

Data Retention

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account. However, some information may still be stored for a certain time period if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting, audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

International Data Transfers

We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the Service. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your Data Rights

If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

In compliance with legal provisions, you have a general right to access, edit and delete your personal information which have been collected pursuant to your access to and/or use of the Service.

Data Deletion

Your personal information which we have collected may also be deleted by you at any time directly in the Flip Fortune application via Settings > Delete Account.

Children’s Privacy

The Service offered by us are not intended for children under 13 or other statutory minimum age according to the applicable laws and regulations in your country (the “Minimum Age”). Anyone under the Minimum Age should not use the Service. With this in mind, we do not willingly collect personal data from children under the Minimum Age. All the same, if the collection of such data is brought to the attention of us, we will take all useful measures possible to delete the corresponding data. Your California Privacy Rights (Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83)

California residents have the right to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed certain types of personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. At our option, we may respond to such requests by providing instructions about how our users can exercise their options to prevent our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
