The Information We Collect About You
When you use or access the Software and the Services, we may collect or receive Personal Information directly from you or from other sources. In general, we collect the following types of information about you:

Technical Information. Certain technical information regarding your device, and your use of the Software and Services, including the type, name and version of operating system: (i) Your configuration and settings of the Software and Services, version of the Software and Services; (ii) Internet Service Provider (ISP), Internet protocol (IP) address, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers; (iii) Advertising ID.
Usage Information. Certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, offerings and advertisements that you view, use and access, how you use them and your response to them, how frequently you use them, your search queries and the time and date of your searches.

Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via email, we may also collect your email address, name and any information voluntarily submitted by you in connection with such support (for example, your name, company name, and particular support query or request). Such information will only be used to provide you with support services and will not be connected with any other information collected from you on or through the Software and Service, including, any individual User ID (as defined below) generated or collected by us. When you use the Software and Service, we automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software and Service (the “User ID”) and may be combined with any of the above information.

How We Use Your Personal information

- We will not rent or sell your personal information to the third party, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations, we may share your information with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or providing service to the Software. We do not have power to control or influence these third-parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Therefore, if you do not want to share your personal information with any third-party organizations, please do not use such service provided by such third-party organizations.
- We may disclose some of your personal information, including your first name and last name initial, if needed for objective reasons, due to public interest or in other unforeseen circumstances: (1) as required by law; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the Service. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Your Data Rights
If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
In compliance with legal provisions, you have a general right to access, edit and delete your personal information which have been collected pursuant to your access to and/or use of the Service.

Your personal information which we have collected may also be deleted by you at any time directly in the Flip Fortune application via Settings > Delete Account.
The Service offered by us are not intended for children under 13 or other statutory minimum age according to the applicable laws and regulations in your country (the “Minimum Age”). Anyone under the Minimum Age should not use the Service. With this in mind, we do not willingly collect personal data from children under the Minimum Age. All the same, if the collection of such data is brought to the attention of us, we will take all useful measures possible to delete the corresponding data. Your California Privacy Rights (Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83)
California residents have the right to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed certain types of personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. At our option, we may respond to such requests by providing instructions about how our users can exercise their options to prevent our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
